Ventilation Grilles
Production of fireplace ventilation grilles is based on requirements of companies engaged in construction and sale of fireplaces. Grilles are available in seven sizes and eight basic colors (we produce also custom grilles in demanded dimensions and any color of RAL scale according to the customer request).
Design: (ventilation grille including mounting frame)
- mesh (expanded metal) – size of openings 10 x 5 mm
- closeable louvers
- closeable louvers + mesh (expanded metal)
Material:
- ventilation grille: steel sheet ČSN 11 321.21 (0.81 mm)
- mounting frame: galvanized sheet (0,81 mm) + inner mesh (expanded metal) – size of openings 8 x 4 mm, RAL 9005 matte black
Surface finish: KOMAXIT (electrostatic application of powder paints of RAL scale)
- standard color WHITE RAL 9003
- CHROMO S-908 (stainless steel color), BLACK, ANTHRACITE, SAND, ANTIQUE COPPER, ANTIQUE SILVER, OLD BRONZE
- other colors of RAL scale according to customer choice (delivery within 14 days)
Package:
- each piece is sealed in shrink-wrap and backed with cardboard
- shipping carton of five-layer cardboard (10 grilles)
